About Me

Previously a Human Biologist, sleep was always of interest to me. However, that interest became a passion in 2023 when I became a mother.

From 5 months, Mika was waking up every 45 minutes, 12 times a night. This took a real toll on my mental health and I was desperate for help.

Since that breaking point, I transformed Mika's sleeping habits and he now sleeps through the night! This means I get to enjoy my evenings again!

This inspired me to take the leap of faith and train to become a sleep consultant so that I can help you get the rest you deserve. By providing you with the tools and support you need, you can be assured that your little one's sleep is guaranteed to improve. 

My Philosophy

I understand that each baby is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to sleep. That's why I take the time to listen to you, understand your family's needs and preferences, and tailor my approach accordingly.

My philosophy is centered on empowering parents with the knowledge and confidence they need to help their babies develop healthy sleep habits. I believe in gentle, evidence-based methods that prioritise your baby's emotional well-being.

As an infant sleep consultant, I am committed to providing compassionate support, personalised guidance, and ongoing encouragement every step of the way.
